To this end, our process always includes complete involvement with each client seeing, touching, choosing, approving, and signing off on each design and product before ordering or installation by the client's approved contractor. This was exactly the process followed for the above client, and all choices were approved and signed off on by the client. Any changes a client makes after installation of previously approved items will incur a change order/fee. The fees referenced in the review were change order fees charged by the client's contractor, not Double Vision Interiors. We offered to work with the client to help remedy the situation but were refused.
