Due to unforeseen circumstances, the original project was put on hold for several years. The project started back up again in 2012. Eventually, NU took over the renovation project and Scott served as their architect when the actual renovation began in March 2014. It was a very complicated project done in a compressed time frame, but Scott did an excellent job seeing the project through with numerous changes in the field on practically a daily basis.
