All three were complete renovations- tile work, installation, paint, wall paper and design services/ product selections.  I can't say enough about the positive experience I had with Roger and his team as well as design with Des. From demolition to completion these projects were done to perfection with every detail in mind.  I had a clear picture of what I wanted and Des helped bring it to fruition and even better. She is tireless in her desire to ensure that your concept is materialized. Roger and his team are thorough, hardworking, clean, honest and truly care about the client experience. They will not consider your project done until you are beyond satisfied.

> I now have beautiful Life Proof Vinyl plank floors. The job was more then installing flooring. The crew came in and placed barriers to keep the dust down while removing 500 sq. ft. of ceramic floors from my kitchen, laundry and bath. Then after removing the other carpeted areas my floors were covered with Vinyl plank floors. The job was finished off with new moldings and door casings making the home look like a new build. I couldn't be happier with the work and how clean they were given all the dust.

> Our first major renovation of our 20 year old colonial.  Complete kitchen with walls removed, everything new.  Also, our 1/2 bath on main floor and laundry.  Was impressed by the attention to detail with cabinetry and built ins.  Custom to our appliance selections.  All appliances, plumbing, electrical functioning without issue right down to the cabinet doors and handles positioned Drywall, mouldings and finish detail is clean and sharp.    Everything turn key with Roger as the lead construction engineer and Desiree as our interior designer.  Roger coordinated ALL electrical, plumbing, HVAC, countertop and finish contractors with our flooring and window suppliers to provide a constant forward movement toward the finished product.  This was a huge main floor renovation.

> Roger was onsite (and working) along side his crew most every day, and when absent, was available via text and phone to answer all questions and manage all work being done.  He accurately quoted all work and provided written, itemized statements throughout the project.  He worked closely with us at each stage to ensure the demolition and construction were on point, and maintained a clean and safe worksite throughout the 5 months of our renovation.  When problems/snags arose, he and Desiree were upfront and capable of resolving the issues without undue cost or concern on our part.

We recently moved to a new home where we hired P&R to knock down a load bearing wall and turn it into a half wall to create a more open floor plan in our kitchen/dining area.  P&R also installed our current kitchen backsplash and did most of the work in ordering our countertop and scheduling to have it installed.  We've also hired Roger to help us with plumbing issues in the past...he's the first person we think of when we want to do a project or need help fixing something in our home.  Roger and Desiree are also well connected with home decor companies in our area which includes, counters, carpeting, tile, lighting, paint, etc.  I've never asked them a question they couldn't answer...to top it off, they're really nice people who love what they do.
