Thank you A: It seems to be holding up fine at this point. two years old. It does have shrinkage and swelling characteristics that you must be aware. The product has a very nice look and I believe they now are selling pre-finished product which is probably the way to go the staining process is very time consuming and should be done in a controlled environment. Jon **Q: Anyone use Nest Thermostats with multi-zone radiant heat?** *(in Design Dilemma)* Hi, We are having radiant heat installed during our renovation, and the subcontractor has designed eight zones over four floors, each with their own Nest thermostat (the house is 5 bedrooms/4 bath). Anyone have experience with using Nest thermostats successfully with radiant? Also, if multiple zones, how do the Nests perform together? (I've read the Nest page on these features for both radiant and multi-zone but am curious about real-life experiences). Thank you. A: Yes, the nest thermostats work great with radiant heating. I am using 4 nest thermostats in my system. They all pop up on my iPhone for their respective zones.
