> Purchased 30 asbury \#1280 polished nickel pulls 14 of them turned copper colored even on cabinets rarely used. Top Knobs indicated no liability. Replacing the 14 about $100.00.Buyer Beware when using this firm.

> This review is not based on the quality of the products, but the overall experience using their website and the subsequent customer service. I am a brand new customer who has never navigated through their website before.  I looked at different knob and pull styles and clicked on the "Order Free Sample" icon for items I was interested in. I selected about 13 different knobs and pulls and the total showed up to be $19 for UPS shipping. I proceeded with the order and made payment with my credit card. I received a notification the next morning that a shipping label has been created and I was excited to have the samples arrive as we proceed with our kitchen renovation project. Towards the end of the day, I received an invoice indicating that the total was $65 and I had an outstanding balance to pay. I called customer service and found out that there was a system glitch. But to my surprise, the representative just apologized and said there was nothing they could do. It didn't make sense how the website charged me one price, with a icon clearly saying "Order Free Sample" and then the next day, send me an invoice 3 times the original charge. The rep transferred me to another representative and after further push back from me that I wasn't willing to pay 3 times the original charge I was promised, the rep finally agreed to recall the package from UPS and issue me a full refund. I am a customer from Canada, so I'll incur FX charges on my credit card, which I am not happy about. Although the knobs and pulls look beautiful from their website, it really needs to be fixed so that customers are not misled to think that a fixed fee is charged for their samples.

We are looking at these same pulls. Are you able to tell me what size you used? Thanks!

A: Hello, These pulls comes in 3 3/4" cc, 7" cc, 8" cc, and 12" cc.  It looks like these one are probably either the 7" or 8" cc pulls.
