We are very happy with both installations, and the the estimate was spot on.

> From start to finish, the staff at Wallett's were extremely helpful in their advise, consideration of our needs, and suggestions as to how best to proceed.  They did not try to "sell" something which we did not want, and gave us several alternatives within our price range and purpose.  The installation went smoothly, and except for the new carpet and vinyl floor, one could not tell anyone had been there.  We have used their services in the past to install carpeting in four rooms, and they did an excellent job then and now.

> This is the 2nd flooring project Wallett's has done for us. The first was ceramic tile in a small powder room. This project was recarpeting our entire 2nd floor (4 bedrooms and hallway including the stairs). The entire installations took 2 days. The installers were very professional and inconvenience was minimal. The furniture was placed back exactly where it belonged. Removal of the old carpeting and cleanup after installation of the new carpeting was excellent.

The owners know us by name and were very helpful throughout the entire process- from selection through delivery and installation. They even sent us a hand written thank you note.
