The feed back we got from buyers was that our outdoor space was phenomenal!! It drew a lot of buyers in. They also painted our interior and installed new carpet. Buyers said they loved how light and bright the interior was. They recently came out and tweaked something on our deck for us. ## Community Q&A

**Q: Incorrect Install on Herringbone Backsplash** *(in Polls)*

A contractor recently did some work on our kitchen. It looks great but we noticed that the herringbone backsplash pattern was installed in the incorrect direction after we explicitly provided instructions on how we wanted it to face (texted a picture and received confirmation).  We told him and he offered to credit us for materials but suggested that we not opt for him to rip out and retile because it could damage the drywall and case unevenness. Is that true?  What should we do?
