> Renaissance Development is known in Washington DC for expertly restoring and rebuilding facades and hardscapes of homes that are at least a century old. I chose them because they know the importance of maintaining the appearance of properties in historic neighborhoods. My project consisted of stripping paint from the exterior brick facade and replacing old mortar, rebuilding the porch, walkway and retaining wall with new brick and flagstone. The project took 12 days to complete; I'm very happy with the amazing transformation.
