> I highly recommend ReStyle Home Staging + Design for your personal home or portfolio, especially in today's tough real estate climate! Jeanne has been amazing to work with on dozens of projects over the past 11 months and I can personally attest that her work has moved my homes faster and for higher sales prices.
>
> I manage hundreds of listings for an institutional investor and had an oversupply of owned inventory at the beginning of the year. I wanted my listings to be more approachable, more defined where open floor plans left buyers puzzled, and more unique amongst an oversupply of homogenous listings, all while being design forward. Jeanne immediately understood my real estate needs, was incredibly accommodating with my shifting timelines as my properties exited rehab, and has crushed the interior design touches. Thank you, Jeanne!

> Jeanne is one of the most talented individuals I've ever met, and one of the most knowledgeable when it comes to staging. Working along side her as professional photographer for the past 2 years, she is no doubt in my mind the easiest and the most accommodating person to work with, as well as loyal. It is always a pleasure to work with her, especially on this project.

> If I could rate her higher, I would!
> I listed a property that had three living areas so I knew it needed to be professionally staged. I found Jeanne online and was very impressed with her credentials, reviews, and photos of previous projects. I decided to give call her. She answered immediately and we were able to schedule an appointment to meet and walk the property. Since the staging budget was a little low, I was nervous about the cost; however, she provided a couple of options and we were able to stage the rooms I wanted.
> Jeanne is extremely professional and talented. She also has a great team who are professional. I think what I liked best, is Jeanne and her team makes you feel like your property is the only one they are working on. Hiring ReStyle Home Staging was the best decision I made!

> As a real estate broker with luxury listings, Jeanne has helped me with staging on several occasions. She is a true professional and someone I consider part of our "team." Her attention to detail and staging experience has been invaluable. The last home she staged for me sold within a couple weeks for full asking price after a multiple offer situation. I highly recommend Jeanne for pre listing consultation, staging and design consultation! You will not be disappointed!

> Jeanne is one of the best Stagers I have ever worked with! She is always willing to go above and beyond to provide the best service . She has helped me sell some of my difficult listings with her creative staging . Not only that, she is always open to suggestions and never hesitates to incorporate her clients suggestions and feedback. She is an amazing person besides being an amazing professional! I would highly recommend Jeanne if you are needing staging or design consult services!

> Stop reading reviews of other stagers and just call Jeanne-- you won't regret it! She is fabulous all around. She's flexible with timing, easy to communicate with and takes her business very seriously. She's fun to be around and makes the home selling process easy. I refer her to all my clients and she stages all my personal homes as well. She has a style to fit every need and budget. Her eye for detail is amazing!

> As a realtor and home builder, we are constantly in need of a staging partner who is professional and a true expert at their craft. Jeanne at ReStyle Home Staging exceeded our expectations from day 1. Not only is her eye for design and aesthetic impeccable, but she is truly one of the easiest vendors to work with. Jeanne does her due diligence to measure and scope out the space before quoting and executing her vision and is very communicative and easy to reach. In the world of selling homes, time frame is always an unknown and Jeanne was always flexible and willing to work with us. I truly believe the sales of our homes were partly due to Jeanne's vision and I will absolutely be working with her again.

**★★★★★ — Gay Puckett with JBGOODWIN REALTORS, Oct. 2017**

> They did a very professional job of beautifully staging my vacant listing which then sold for top dollar in 6 days to someone who came to the first open house. I highly recommend this company and I recommend staging vacant homes in general I am a believer

**★★★★★ — Preeti Yeung, June 2017**

> ReStyle Home Staging was recommend to us by our realtor. Before we listed our home, Jeanne came over and walked through each room of our house with us, making suggestions on how to use pops of colors to translate to better photography, where to clear space to highlight the size of the rooms, and move furniture around for maximum impact. After she came by, she sent us a detailed list of all the recommendations she made. The house looked great - and we had an offer in three days! Would highly recommend Jeanne.

**★★★★★ — Dottie Strickler, June 2017**

> I chose ReStyle as our staging company because after visiting with Jeanne I knew she would do a great job. The house looked fantastic, we had so many compliments on it and I know that staging it was the reason it sold quickly.

**★★★★★ — Kenneth Foon, June 2017**

## Community Q&A

**Q: Need help finding area rug to match this couch.** *(in Design Dilemma)*

A: I think I understand now. You are looking for links to the rugs posted by BeverlyFLADeziner
Hopefully, she can jump back on and give you those.

In my reply, I linked to the rugs that are ivory with blue/gray because I am recommending going with a lighter rug with a contrasting color to bring a some lighter tones and another layer of interest to your room.
Here are a couple of examples of dark sofas (although not the same style as yours) with lighter, contrasting rugs, so you can see why I suggest that. Especially when adding the chocolate brown curtains (which will be beautiful), the lighter tones in the rug and pop of blue/gray/green, whatever you choose, will really stand out amongst the browns.

**Q: Bedroom lamps** *(in Design Dilemma)*

Any ideas for what lamps would look good? Don't mind all the stuff on the nightstands. Thanks!

A: If you are interested in adding a bit of color, I used some pops of turquoise in this room and then added some warmth with the wood mirror and turned lamps. Hope this helps!

**Q: Please help decorate my Dining Room by Thanksgiving!** *(in Design Dilemma)*

So, it looks like I'm hosting Thanksgiving in my new FL house. problem is I don't live my dining room and complete redo is not in the budget. Table/chair s and large cabinet have to stay.
Questions:
I can't tear down the mirror right now- was thinking about framing it- but what color and where do I find those materials? is it an easy project? shutters and pillars are white but I don't think white framing will work. Thoughts?

Should I turn the table and put the cabinet against the mirrored wall? Remove the bar?

I'd love a funky tropical chandlier- yes?

Shutters, should they stay or go? I like the curtain rod, hate the curtains- were here when I bought- don't like the white tile window sill but may be able to fill it/ hide it. Any suggestions for window treatments?

Do I need a rug? I'd rather not, but realize it might be what I need to add interest, punch up personality, etc.

I have two weeks, please help!!

A: Susan Davis gave you great advice. Take your time to decide what you want. Everytime I've rushed a project in my own home, I've ended up settling for something that later I did not really love and then had to spend more money later to get what I really love. You have some great ideas for a gorgeous Thanksgiving tablescape that will wow your guests. I also agree that the valance dates the room a bit and I would remove it.
I have added this chandelier in a client's home and it is gorgeous!

**Q: Please critique my design** *(in Design Dilemma)*

Just wondering if all is OK. I am thinking about changing the coffee table and the pictures. I feel the pictures are too small and my wife does not like the coffee table. Is the TV at the right height? Any suggestions are much appreciated.

A: That rug posted by groveraxle is a great choice! Look for something with similar colors as it really warms up the space and then choose 1 or two colors from the rug you find to use in throw pillows. Also love the woven shade versus the curtains. Brings a lot of texture into the room and opens up the small space. I think you've got some great advice!

**Q: Area rug** *(in Design Dilemma)*

Need help with rug ideas for this high traffic room.

A: This jute rug is VERY soft and holds up well to wear and tear. I have one that I use in the homes that I stage, so it gets stepped on over and over by realtors and buyers touring the homes and still looks and feels beautiful!
The pattern in that beautiful ottoman will really stand out with a solid color rug and then you can always play with pattern in your throw pillows as you've already done.

**Q: Bedroom Decor Advice Needed** *(in Design Dilemma)*

I started with a plan for a shades of white /cream /black color scheme and I'm struggling with pulling it together. I just bought this stool and I don't think its working. Is it too ornate? Puppies bed is going to be redone in a lighter shade of fabric. Any suggestions for a bench, bedside table lamps and accessories would be appreciated. The ceiling fixture is new, would like it to stay.

A: The stool works, but with the dog bed, feels a bit crowded, I like the advice you received of removing the bench and just turning the dog bed to follow the end of the bed. I think you have a GREAT start! What do you think about adding some pops of yellow to give it a little punch? This is my favorite black and white bedroom with punches of yellow. Hope it helps!
