In some cases if John didn’t like the bid, he obtained additional bids from other qualified parties. These were then incorporated into a budget that was proposed for building the home and made part of the contract. John and his building supervisor, Dan did an excellent job of keeping us informed and the project on schedule. We broke ground in February 2016 and moved into our home in June 2017.
