Our home is 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, high end kitchen with Dacor double ovens, Bosch double dishwashers, Sub Zero large fridge and Sub Zero drink fridge, high end fixtures for electrical as well as plumbing, a bonus room over the garage, a lower level wet bar and sub zero mini fridge, 3 stall garage with drains and heat, nothing was left out when Smith Partners built our home. We fell in love with the location, the quality of workmanship, the time that went in and was going in to each detail of the home and enjoyed working with Phil Smith personally. He is very concerned with the satisfaction of the client and expects nothing but the best of his contractors and subcontractors. We have been in our home for 10 years and to this day, people still stop by and ask us who built it, what the paint color is and compliment our home. We are thrilled. If we ever have questions about one of the systems in the home, heating, water, etc, we have called Phil with questions and he has been eager to explain.
