> I can’t speak for anyone but myself and the project that took place in my home. I was so disappointed, my wife cried from frustration. He missed so many details and when I brought up the inconsistencies he blamed it on anything he could come up with. I would love to give him 1 star but that might not be fair and probably would be an emotional selection. He kept pressing for the final payment weeks before the job was completed. His blade for the wet saw was dull and caused jagged edges in the backsplash tile. I just found the screw under the stove that I guess could’ve went in the hinge for the cabinet door. Not to mention many screws were missing from the hinges throughout. He told me as long as I don’t touch the imperfections in the kick plate under the countertops it should be fine. Paint streaks across the cabinet doors throughout. He had no clue what finished was and we held back the last payment waiting for completion. Finally we gave up and paid him more than he deserved. My house was way down the line of his priorities and concern. My wife paid him separately for additional work during the process and in the end he added them to his invoice with an up charge. He became more unreliable and disrespectful as time went on. When asking him about the slivers of tile he said that I needed to understand geometry and mathematics. When things didn’t look right he said it was an optical illusion. ♂️

We upgraded the trim and molding on the peninsula at no cost as well. I'd be glad to show any and every document associated with this contract along with before and after pics of the items that Mr.Damian made us aware of (with pics) at the same angle, of the same work.
