They communicate very well and finished the project a couple weeks ahead of schedule. > > They did a great job on the whole restoration. **★ — carriagegal59, May 2013** > I saved and orded a custom tile mural for my floor---thru ebay---it was a custom size--24x48 --8 12x12 tiles---This was to be etched in granite unlike the hand painted glass tile one that was the model on EBAY. I paid more than double the price of the painted glass plus an additional fee for shipping----when the tiles arrived they were BEAUTIFUL---HOWEVER---they were on24x36---only 6 tiles----NOT THE SIZE I ORDERED---the company REFUSED to make this right----to get this placed into my floor--I had to have wood cut to fill in the rest of the hole---NOT WHAT I ORDED NOR WHAT I PAID FOR-------I am just a working gal---I saved and saved for this---it would only have taken 2 additional tiles cut in half to make this right----how sad they would not correct this----the work is beautiful----but not what I bought and paid for. **Comment from Custom By Trade:** > There was a mis-understanding on the clients part. She read something wrong & she is trying to say we're in the wrong. We told her that we would send out the tile to fix the problem, but instead she filed a claim with ebay. Here is what ebay said: We also told her she could return the mural if she wasn't happy. > > eBay Customer Support comments: > Since eBay Buyer Protection only covers items purchased with PayPal, we decided not to issue the buyer a refund. You don't need to do anything else for this case. > Final decision: > This case was decided in the buyer's favor.
