A: Great colour for both interior and exterior. A lot better than Pantone's colour of the year - Greenery.

A: The room is 13' wide x 14' deep.

How many bedrooms?

A: 4 bedrooms (3 up/1 down) and 3 baths

A: The wall color is a custom shade by Cloverdale Paints. The top-secret formula is B- w, C- 33, L - 11.

**Q: What type of stair case is this called?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: The stairs are typically called L-shaped, but it can be called quarter turn stairs as well. The top is split-level.
