Due to the unknown extent of the repair, we received a reasonable ballpark estimate up front with knowledge of their hourly rate and estimated people required. The work turned out to be quite a bit more extensive once the investigation progressed and more involved due to the location/attachment of a deck at the damaged area. Brandon promptly contacted us as soon as the extra work involved was discovered and we discussed options. In the end, we had some restructuring of the attached deck to permit the repair work, the storm door, some interior work including wood trim, and a small patch of tile done. This work was all done to our satisfaction. Brandon was responsive in addressing a leak in the storm door installation and latching of the interior door which had been re-hung/weatherstripped.
