Despite some initial hiccups in getting the project started that were outside of Joseph Douglas' control, the project moved ahead smoothly and swiftly. I was updated on a regular basis as to what was going on and Deron and team were cooperative as changes were made to plans/ideas as the project progressed. Upon completion of the project, I was provided with a detailed listing of project costs, noting the differences between what was originally budgeted and the final cost. Throughout, I was updated of where we were starting to see overages, but the final cost comparison was nice to have for review of those numbers. Deron was there from start to finish with constant communication and helpful advice. The quality of the workmanship done by the various vendors remodeling our kitchen was superb. Ours was a small remodel of new kitchen counters, backsplash, built in oven, sink and lighting fixtures. Work was done efficiently, on time and finished with a quality product. Deron has gone over and above what was necessary to ensure that our remodel went smoothly and was done in the time we agreed upon. He even came back to the house after the remodel when we had a backup with our disposal and spent 3 hours fixing the issue. He didn't have to do this, but this is the kind of service that Deron provides. It is without hesitation that I would recommend Joseph Douglas to others. With so many rooms being touched by the project, knowing the schedule and being confident those tasks would be completed as scheduled, allowed us to continue living in our house during the entire processes.
