Our laundry room cabinets were not the design or finish we ordered, our island came in with "worm holes", a type of distressing, after I said I didn't want them and our kitchen cabinets and island doors blew apart & had to be redone. They blamed it on humidity, but we had humidity gauges & a dehumidifier. This was new construction. They fixed them, but they didn't look the same and they don't close right. They asked us to pay for half of the island to be fixed and it too didn't look the same. It's a much lighter color. This project was 15 years a go, but we live with it every day!

Love the countertops in this kitchen. I am currently building a custom home that will have light gray kitchen cabinets. We are looking to do a medium-dark gray counter to accent. Could you please indicate what was used in this kitchen?
