My husband and I initially found it difficult to find someone who understood the style of the home we were wanted to create. Luis took on our rather ambitious renovation and transformed our home into a unique, modern Australian masterpiece. Living on a walk street, privacy was important to us as was outdoor entertaining space, Luis was able to create a home that gave us these things and more. Some of the materials we wanted to use were less common in the US but he went out of this way to source what was needed. He managed the subs in a professional manner and persevered until he was completely satisfied with the outcome. He treated the entire project like he was designing and building it for himself. There was not one moment in the 2 years that it took to complete, that Luis didn't give a 100%. In life we rarely come across people who are as passionate as we are about our own projects. Luis took on our very complicated 7200 square foot home with a yard and pool on the top floor. He treated the entire project like he was designing and building it for himself. There was not one moment in the 3 years of the process that Luis didn't apply himself 100%. With all the challenges of building in a busy market, Luis handles the subs and the expected changes along the way with nothing but the best attitude.
