On her death , her daughters continued to employ Lamberth Construction for annual maintenance and major jobs. Major jobs included a new large deck and replacement of most windows in the home at Lake Tahoe. I would guess Jake was the family's contractor for over twenty years. During that time there was never a problem with any of his work. Perhaps more important he was a joy to have as a consultant as he is personable, reliable and considerate. The remodel included installing hardwood floors through most of the house, granite countertops in kitchen and two full baths, new kitchen sink, new cooktop, new tiling and bathtub in one bathroom, new tiling and glass-enclosed shower in another bathroom, light refinish on all interior woodwork and cabinets, all new laundry room addition and appliances, and re-locating new furnace and hot water heater. The project took about four months. Lamberth Construction's work was of the highest quality and professionalism. Jake was always immediately responsive to questions and concerns. All problems were addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. I would give my highest recommendation to Lamberth Construction. In fact we hired them again this year to replace two rooms worth of slate tile with hardwood and also to install an all-house backup generator.
