The project included removal of all interior walls, new structural work, new plumbing & electric, new kitchen, new bathroom (expanded from 1/2 bath to full bath), new flooring, new patio door, and finishing work all around.  Everything came out great, the price was fair, and the project was completed within the contracted time frame (actually several days early).  He and the folks he worked with were timely, professional, and respectful of the property.  I particularly appreciated all of his knowledgeable and very useful recommendations for the thousands of little details that needed to be addressed, and that we never would have thought of on our own. He was always on time and left our home in a neat and clean condition. He is professional, friendly and takes pride in his work. He treated our home as if it was his own. We asked his opinion on paint colors and pendant lighting and we went with his suggestions and love how everything came together. Ryan and Dan installed our new cabinets, installed recessed lighting/electrical outlets, fixed sheetrock, added crown molding, subway tile backsplash and ripped up the old flooring and installed new flooring. We are extremely pleased with our new kitchen and would highly recommend this company. We will be using Ryan Davis Contracting for future projects!!!  We provided the before and after picture.
