Unfortunately, the customer service is terrible. > When you spend top dollar for a great piece of furniture you do expect that if there is a problem you will get assistance. There has been none. I will never buy from them again. **★ — HU-858869741, Sept. 2021** > Great design and super comfortable but……. The fabric on our Togo disintegrated rapidly with very little use. One piece had virtually never been sat on! They admitted that the fabric was a problem and had been discontinued but they refused to do anything about it. Head office hides behind local stores. They offered a meaningless discount on a future purchase. Beware.
