We also had a tile issue at one point, and she took time on a weekend to meet in order to come up with a new strategy to obtain additional tiles, rearrange the layout of the tiles and give specific instructions for the tile guy to follow, with a great result. Hiccups are to be expected on all projects, especially the big ones, and she handled them all beautifully. > > The design she created for us managed to make both me and my husband happy, even with our somewhat differing tastes and preferences, and we can tell it will hold up really well over time and not look too "trendy" or dated. Now we love having people over and hearing all the ooh's and aah's. Without hesitation, we will definitely use her again for our next home project when that time comes, and I can't wait.
