> I have now had DE Contracting do two large projects for us. The first was a full kitchen remodel and the second is now an entire first floor of a fixer upper as well as completing a large great room addition. Dan and his team have been great to work with from the early planning, demo, execution, and finishing touches. As a general contractor he is extremely organized and meticulous at getting projects from start to finish- not to mention a stellar job at organizing all specialties (electrician, flooring, etc)  in a timely manner so there is minimal downtown. Each person on his team that I have had the pleasure of meeting and working with was professional and highly skilled. His designers have done a fabulous job listening to my wishes to create beautiful spaces within the budget. I have always been one to ask a lot of questions and be involved in the process and Dan has always had open communication and is readily available (unless he has prior obligations in which he will always let the homeowner know) Our first kitchen project turned out beautifully and our most recent remodel is more than I could have hoped for! Highly recommend Dan and DE Contracting!

A friend recommended DE Contracting - they were working on a kitchen remodel for her, so we could see how things were going. My friend said she had never worked with a contractor who was so organized. She was right about that, and so much more. The crew was hard-working and just plain nice, the scheduling was seamless, and despite a few unexpected bumps in the road (there always are, especially with a 1904 home) our remodel was right on schedule and we absolutely love the result. The kitchen is simply a joy. My only regret is that we didn’t do it sooner!
