> Dan prepared drawings and obtained building permits for an apartment remodel in one of our buildings. Dan was great to work with because he (i) knew what he was doing (e.g., was well-versed in the relevant building codes and procedures followed by the building department), (ii) completed all work in a timely manner, (iii) kept us updated on the status of the drawings and permit application, (iv) advised us ahead of time about potential problems that could come up, and (v) followed-up with all parties involved to keep everyone on track with the project. As various problems surfaced during the course of the project, Dan advised us regarding our options and recommended strategies for moving forward. For example, when the building department requested revisions to the drawings, Dan advised us how best to adjust the project in view of the requested revisions and prepared the necessary revisions. In doing so, Dan generally solved the problems that arose, and did not place the burden of doing this on us.

> While many of the other parties involved in the project had to be constantly hounded to make progress and actually do their respective jobs, Dan did not require any persuasion to do his part. In fact, Dan often followed-up with the other parties to keep the project moving forward, thus saving us the time and hassle of doing this part ourselves.

Removal and reconfiguration of most non structural walls, hardwood floors on floating acoustic sub floor. Kitchen, master bath and guest bath design. Extensive use of opaque glass panels provide natural light too areas once dark and gloomy.
