When I made my appointment on the phone a very polite and efficient young lady questioned me about what I was looking for and even suggested questions I should ask when I did my shopping. The decorator came to my home, called me to confirm the appointment and was on time and I appreciated the decorator being on time as I work. I was shown samples all my questions were answered and while I continue to consider the samples and colors the decorator measured by windows. I was quoted a price which was excellent but I wanted to get other quotes. I was never pressured and I called 800 4 Blinds back within the week and gave them the order. My installation took place in less than 2 weeks and everything could not have been better.
