> I hired Elco contracting to replace the flooring in my condo. Initially assumed it would be a simple floating floor installation, however due to building settling, became a more extensive job than previously thought. Ryan communicated really well regarding the increased scope of work and how it impacted the end result. The level of pride he took in his work showed in the immaculate finished product. I highly recommend for any laminate/tile jobs in logistically challenging apartments.
