He was patient and took me through both the technical and design aspects of my kitchen reno, even discouraging me from spending unnecessarily on a few things. Went out of his way to go to bat for me with a retailer that messed up part of my materials order and negotiated a good discount as compensation. The finished product (cabinetry, backsplash, counter top, appliances) looks great and was finished on budget, on time, with no surprises. I also liked that he and crew cleaned up at the end of every day, sweeping up and vacuuming so that our family would not have to move around in a messy environment.
