> We paid $750 for a 90-minute consultation with Rachel Wright Design and came away very disappointed. She spent most of the time talking about herself and her own ideas rather than asking about our needs, wants, or budget. No notes, no measurements, and no deliverables were provided, despite her implying that sketches would follow. After payment, communication stopped entirely. The experience felt dismissive and unprofessional, and I caution others before using her services.
