There are so many unclosed hole and unreasonable designs, for example the strange water pipes, uncentered kitchen island, the pillar, and the huge gap between tile and the baseboards etc. When I moved in, there were some cracked tile that the builder promise to fix but still nothing fixed yet. The house built cost 1M but some materials inside the wall is cheap. Such as the electric cable etc. Think twice if you plan to use this builder or you are ready to fix it by yourself.
