Our experience with them was beyond what we have ever experienced in the past with other builders. Cimarron builds an excellent product, delivers great service, and despite some nasty weather delivered our house in a timely manner. The most important comment my husband and I can make about them is we would absolutely use them again and have recommended them to our friends not only in North Carolina, but in Atlanta Georgia too. Our project manager who was on our job daily made sure to keep us informed of the progress of the job. We received weekly videos of the house and progress as we live mostly in Florida and were not on the job site . This was very helpful to us as this was to be our summer home. Our project with Cimarron was a 3 level home with over 4000 living square feet. This was a completely custom home and all the finishings were top quality. They do excellent work .Don't think twice about using anyone else. Initinally I was scared that the project would not be on time and would be way over budget like most other builders who build in Highlands. Just the opposite happened. David was one of 3 bids I obtained before building. He was the middle bid. I had someone lower but just did feel comfortable with them.I had trully a great experience with Cimarron. They did an outstanding job. David's employees were great to work with. We never had a disagreement about anything. David kept all of the bills and I review them periodically and deposited money in the account when we needed funds. I would recommend David without question. He is an honest staright forward person and is easy to deal with. If I ever build another house in Highlands I would not let anyone else build for me expect David. > I referred David to a friend who was building in Cashiers but he decided to use someone else.
