> Danny flicher or what ever your name his the co had finish all the intirior project for you that included master bath , flooring and staircase , you ordered windows and doors and when they arrive you didn't want to pay for them to be delivered cous you got a cheap price from another co .. that happens the co did all it can to help you with that and you were very rude and combative all the way. Sorry for that experience and we wish you well.

> RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!! They told me they are now going out of business after taking $23,000+ from me!

> I hired Tough Construction FL to install new impact windows and doors on my house, after receiving the proposal from Ari Knepel. This was to include engineer drawings and permitting. I gave him a 40% deposit to cover the materials in the amount of $23k+. While the windows/doors had a 12 week lead time. Fast forward to 12 weeks and the materials are ready for pick up, but Ari tells me they have no money and are going under and I and I need to pay for the materials, an additional $20k and I better do it now or else I will be charged storage fees…AND he is leaving the country soon so hurry and wire him $20K.

> The glass company confirmed that Ari and Tough did not put ANY deposit down (Ari told me he did). To avoid having a lien on my house, I ended up paying the Glass company direct for materials. And now I have to still buy the drawings and appt for the permit and pay another contractor to complete the job. Tough Construction tells me it is no problem because I should be able to find another contractor to complete the job and stay u set my initial contract price. Meanwhile they took $23k+ and did nothing. Hopefully they do go out of business and do not steal from honest paying customers again
