We are a family owned, custom home building business with experience in the industry with several national builders since 1998, starting our own business in 2017. I met my wife, who was born & raised in El Paso County, while serving in the US Army. I left the service in 1998 and stayed in this area as I joined the home building industry. We have enjoyed working with national builders, but have come to a point where we would like to be more involved in the homes that we are responsible to build. My wife is also a licensed realtor and can work with clients on the land purchase side or the sell of their exit property. 

We are involved with the client from the inception to the completion of the home. We are interested in designing the home for the needs of the client with our focus on creating a home for the families that we serve.

 We have been in this industry for a long time, which helps to identify the needs of our customers and how to serve them best. We have been involved with the construction of thousands of homes over the past 20+ years giving us better insights into the process as a whole. I get the most satisfaction out of taking the thoughts and ideas of clients and creating a tangible representation of what they are wanting built.
