> DO NOT USE - 7+ Open ROC Complaints & Potential Job Abandonment I strongly advise using Sunstate Pools. We had a terrible experience with this company. Key Issues: Questionable Financial Practices: They demand 50% payment upfront. In our experience, once they collect the money and start the work, communication stops, and they essentially abandon the job site. ROC Complaints: According to AZROC public records, they currently have 7 open complaints. Mismanagement & Excuses: They claimed to have a backlog of 150 jobs, blaming mismanagement by the prior owners, Michael and Christine Dilger. Questionable Ownership Changes: While they claim to be under new ownership (Jake Brodsky), they are still operating under Mike Dilger's ROC license, and the Arizona Corporation Commission records indicate the ownership structure has not actually changed. Do not trust this company with your project.
