Welcome to Brown Design & Construction! I'm Josh, the proud founder and head contractor of our family-operated business.  I started in the remodeling space in 2013 when I purchased, renovated and sold our first home.  This would lead into years of buying, renovating, staging and selling our homes as a side business.  In 2022 I made the full transition from buying and selling into full on remodeling.

After graduating from RPI with a business management degree in 2012 I got my start as an insurance agent specializing in insuring contractors.  The relationships I was able to build with sub contractors for the last 11 years through insurance and flipping homes has allowed us to make the easy transition into building a remodeling business.
