> I had Todd visit to give me estimate re painting (Reno, HOT summer sun, house hadn't been painted in 7+? years, definitely needed.) Preceded by several painters who gave estimates for painting. Todd poked, prodded, climbed up on roof where neighbors's ivy had grown into siding & roof tiles. Numerous repairs needed because of ivy, neighbor copiously watering my siding, unbeknownst to either of us, every day. Needed repairs unnoticed by other vendors.

> Spent a lot of money on repairs, not so much on painting part (though painters were to love), sealed and snugged up for winter storms. Well worth it.

> Oh, and also had aged wood shingles? shakes? sides of house, replaced with fiber cement siding which looks likes shingles & approved by HOA. I love them!!! No further maintenance in my lifetime. That's what started whole process.

> Todd's employees & subcontractors are great. Already said I loved the painters. If you have good fortune to have Eric oversee your siding, repairs, whatever, he is the BEST.

Todd worked directly with HGTV designer, Taniya Nayak, to come up with the design. Items changed: Built-in media center, engineered wood flooring , tile around fireplace, mantle, window blinds and draperies, custom paint and wall texture, new furniture. In addition to the Family Room, we included dining table and chairs, pendant lights at bar, flooring in Kitchen and Entry.
