> We hired K&H Construction Development to build a new bathroom from scratch in our South San Francisco home, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations.

> After consulting with 7 different contractors—many of whom either quoted astronomical prices or said the project wasn’t feasible, we met Iyov from K&H. He came onsite to do a detailed assessment and, instead of pointing out obstacles, he focused on solutions. He and his team were proactive, thoughtful, and always a step ahead in finding ways to make our vision possible without compromising on safety, design, or compliance.

> \- Building a new bathroom from the ground up with full permits
> \- Chipping the concrete foundation to meet code minimum height
> \- Tearing down part of the internal garage wall to create a beautiful open shelving storage area
> \- Installing a new door

> Navigating city permits in South SF can be difficult, and we did run into a few hiccups with the local administration—but K&H handled everything with professionalism and patience. They communicated clearly and made sure everything moved forward smoothly. If you’re dealing with permits, we strongly recommend leaving it in the hands of experts like them.
