> We worked with Janice on all window coverings for our new home. What a great experience!! Janice listened to our needs and with her excellent product knowledge, she offered fantastic solutions. The product offerings are all top notch. Product delivery and installation by Janice was on time and to our total satisfaction. We did experience a couple of product warranty issues and Janice responded quickly. All warranty issues were resolved with no questions, no hassle, and to our complete satisfaction.
