And at the end of a single day, I not only had a new deck, but also a beautiful round stone placed in the middle for architectural interest and beauty. The crew left the place spotless and beautiful. I have worked with them on a major siding/window/remodeling job and on a small emergency water leak that needed to be repaired where they were able to come over and repair the area promptly, keep the work space clean and leave the entire area looking as if nothing had happened. The major project was to re-side my garage. It also had an apartment upstairs with seriously troubled windows that needed to be replaced. When replacing them, we also wanted to move them to improve the view. Ethos Carpentry was able to help with the creative aspects of this, as well as having the technical expertise to build it quickly. The estimates were always clear and competitive and usually came in under budget. When some otherwise invisible structural issues arose as the old siding came off, I heard about it immediately, along with a prompt remediation plan that would not break the budget (internal water damage from previous construction errors). > The prinicipal carpenter of Ethos Carpentry, Eleftherios, is accessible, honest, diligent and has obviously good working relationships with his team. He made a great impression on the neighbors as well, and always was able to help with little niggling issues while here working on the bigger project. It was a perfect and elegant addition to my front room that brought that area up to code. He was timely, neat, respectful and communicative with my neighbors. I barely felt his presence while he was creating - quite a feat with saw horses and polyurethane in the front room.
