We added a covered lanai and until Kurt from Construction Pros took over we thought it would never happen. We started numbering the builders who either never showed up, never came back, way over-priced, etc Builder \# 4 actually started the project, but it took 6 months just to get the plans! We had to fire them and start over. Kurt was builder \# 5 and he was renovating the house down the street. He came by within 24 hours of calling, collected the plans, came back 2 days later after having reviewed them and showed us several code violations. He helped us get them corrected with the former engineer at no extra cost. And then he and his crew went to work. He checked on things every step and stayed on top of the subs. He knew exactly how to navigate the permit process as well. Our lanai is great . . . we love it. The photo shows some landscaping unfinished because we like to do that ourselves.
