We had cathedral ceilings in our living room, and while it was beautiful, I always wished we could do something with that space. We reached out to Truplans and the experience all the way through was excellent. Chris did an great job explaining what the process was to us and put us at ease. Molly was great in creating our designs and even made a 3D design so that we could really see what the new space would look like. The team took care of filing all the permits and contacting our HOA so we didn't have to worry about that. And finally, Rene and his team were excellent in the construction process. They sealed up the parts of the house that were not under construction so thoroughly as to make sure it didn't get dirty and dusty, which gave me a lot of comfort. They also completed the job so quickly, I was amazed. The whole time there was excellent communication and my questions were answered quickly.
