Once thing he does is treat each job as if he's working on his own house. Sometimes, the cost could be a little more or the time could take a little longer but the end result is much better quality than you would ever get elsewhere. Double billed for some invoices. Signed our contract on Dec 2012, moved in May 30, 2014. This contractor has subs who speak poorly of him. The project site was always a mess and I had to remind one of their workers to put his safety glasses on when he was grinding nails. My advice is definitely look at a house that was built and finished from the ground up and speak to owners before hiring your contractor! Everything was replaced - tile in tub/shower area, flooring; New sink and countertop; added beadboard to bottom half of walls; installed new lighting; and painted the walls. Excellent job! Work was done in a timely manner and every person on the crew of Paragon was very polite and respectful. They also respected the other parts of my home in that they covered areas where they would be walking and each day cleaned the trash from that day's job. > > In 2013, Paragon put a new roof on my house, added some support to the attic beams and basically did a wonderful job.
