I am extremely pleased with the roof and highly recommend Blair Remodeling **★★★★★ — cwbinder, Jan. 2014** > Blair Remodeling did an extensive and thorough exterior remodeling of my home as follows: They replaced 24 of 26 windows with Simonton 5500’s with perimeter style grills; 6 of 7 entry doors with fiberglass ones using a Wincore for the front, Therma-Tru’s on the remaining exterior, and an ODL in one of the garage-to-house entries, all with matching hardware to include the remaining steel garage-to-house entry door; the exterior was redone with Hardy Wrap and Hardy Color Plus Cedar Mill siding; they installed Napco Triad Plus series Hidden Vent Soffit System underneath the eaves; the exterior door frames, window frames, bird boxes, fascia, and gables were clad in aluminum; new aluminum seamless hidden fastener gutters with GutterRX leaf guards were installed; and they covered the place with GAF Tuscan Sunset colored Woodland Shingles with a limited lifetime warranty over Shingle Mate underlayment. New exterior lighting finished the project. Anything that needed adjusting, massaging or correcting was done without question. When asked to change a quote to reflect other brands and models of products to compare apples to apples among other contractors bidding for a relationship with us, they were quick to respond with another proposal, and where they didn't have the best bid on any item, they made it so. Craig Blair and Billy Reel of Blair Remodeling treated my wife and I with the utmost respect, and always made time for correlative communication regarding the vision we had for our home. They didn't waste our time with what we didn't need or try to sway us to bump up the ante. However they did offer suggestions that they thought would benefit what we sought. I highly recommend these guys! Conversely they recommended Nelco Ornamental Iron for the front steps’ wrought iron railing and Dove Overhead for the garage overhead doors. That worked out very well. Thanks guys!
