I've spent my whole life on job sites and it's my passion to help families and business owners through the complex process of remodeling, adding-on, finishing-out or building new. Before we were able to start the job, we found a second leak, so another hole and another repair. The floors were water damaged and we had to replace the wood floors throughout the house (living room, den, and 4 bedrooms). > > Brett was very helpful in dealing with the claims adjuster. He handled renting a pod to store my furniture while the floors were removed and replaced. The city started installing a new water line about that time and they put up no parking signs in my yard so he had to arrange to get the pod moved. I told him I wanted the floors to be as close as possible to what I had before and he brought a sample for my approval. > > We ran into some other problems after the old floors were removed. My house need to be leveled on one side before we could install the new floors. He managed to get a crew to handle this despite the snow and rain. > > The floors were installed (they look beautiful) and he arranged to get my furniture back in the house. > > He handled all this and at a price that I felt was reasonable. > > Since then, I have had a leak in my kitchen.
