The owner gave me a price of $2,000 for his services and he told me that Tim instructed him to add $500 for himself(Tim) the owner of the company felt so bad he personally called me to tell me so. On our last job Tim was hardly around towards middle/end, It was a Master bathroom that he said would take 3-4 months it took 9+ months. We needed someone to do the last finishing touches. When a client is serious about a remodeling project, they hire a professional architect or designer to detail a plans construction, lighting, cabinet and tile specifications. I then take this plan and provide a proposal that has detailed costs, timeline and specific details of work we will do - "project scope". This project had none of the above. Changes were constant and they affected all of the trades involved. Many things were changed 3 or 4 times and were unrealistically expected to be included in the original price by this client. We completed the project and there is outstanding money owed to myself and several of my sub-contractors that will never be recovered. I have a lengthy list of references and have been awarded "BEST OF HOUZZ" for 2015 and 2016 based on 5 star reviews. Fortunately the master bathroom we completed for this client is spectacular.
