> In January 2020 we engaged Five Star Kitchen & Bath to completely remodel our 3 bathrooms and powder room and they started their work as promised in March 2020 immediately before the COVID pandemic exploded in Ketchum and all construction was ceased. Despite the interruption caused by the pandemic John and his team of sub contractors completed the project on time and under budget! John’s project management skills and continuous diligence during the project was the key reason for a well done and successful project. During the design phase of the project John was instrumental in assisting us with decision making and had some very good suggestions regarding design concepts and alternatives. John’s relationship with subs in the valley made it very easy for us to view and select materials for the project. Follow up after completion with minimal touch ups, etc. were addressed by Five Star and their subs in a very timely and professional manner. We could not be happier with the outcome.

Every Friday afternoon we received a "Progress Report" showing what work was completed and what was in progress - and with photos.
