This is a custom built Cabana/Workshop designed by REESE Atelier.  Painted CMU; Custom-arched Lead-Coated Copper Roof floated above an inset Wooden Frame; Double Sliding Barn-Door Hardware incl. (1) Polycarbonate Sliding Panel Door and (1) Shingle-Style Break-Metal wrapped Sliding Panel Door; Cantilevered Precast Concrete Counter; Roll-up Aluminum Concession Door.

What material is used for the dark gray exterior panels?

A: The upper paneled material is a hand-troweled stucco.  The color is a through-body pigment of "CHARLESTON GREEN" (not dark gray, not black).  Aluminum angles vertically modulate the rigorous 4'-0" spacing and are trimmed to extend 2" below the stucco as visual "fins."  An inverted 4" aluminum angle caps the top of the stucco and disguises the parapet coping above.
