They transformed this home, which had never been renovated, into a modern classic house, while being careful to preserve its historical integrity. This resulted in home that has an open floorplan, updated kitchen and bathroom, etc., but also has the original baseboards, guest bathroom tub (refinished beautifully), and beautiful hardwood flooring, among other things. The house turned out to be a beautiful blend of new and historic elements, and, while we purchased the home only after the renovations were complete, we wouldn't change a thing. Christina and Jeff know what works, and do not leave loose ends for a homeowner to clean up.
