Initially I had sample at a different store and I ordered on phone. Victor helped me to get the material ASAP. When I opened the box, it had many shades in which lighter shades are not at all matching with my current wood. I had contractors coming next day and I was worried I would end up in a mess. At this point any company would have walked away but Victor worked with me to find the right match brought 50 boxes in his own van, made sure it matches my current wood and took away the old bundle. Not sure if company honors him for this great work but things like these wins customers. It's hard to find ppl like him these days. Our home was built in 1935, and as was often the case back in those days, the whole house was finished in oak flooring. There was no stopping place throughout the entire house, which actually turned out to be a blessing in disguise, I guess. James helped us to realize that there were several places where the boards were warped and lifting up from too much moisture under the house. He assured us this could be remedied during the refinishing process, but wanted to be sure that our moisture and foundation problems were addressed first. > While the floor was patched quickly, we had to reset the schedule on refinishing due to additional delays in patching cracks in the sheetrock and repainting the entire house. We hadn’t planned on that either, but every step of the way, James was just a text or phone call away, helping us determine the best plan for his chosen team of professionals to see the project through completely.
