I already had CAD drawings made and an idea of what we were looking for. All we got were excuses after excuses as to why the project was hard for her to under stand. Her contractor came out but never followed up. I kept letting her know that her version of the new CAD drawings would not fit in our space, and her reply was that it will fit. Math is math, and if the design she had drawn is too tall or wide, it just plainly won't fit. After months of nothing and no follow ups, we feel like it was a complete waste of time and money. She isn't based in CA and doesn't have the staff to really go to each site and convey what the client is looking for. Maybe she is just too busy for the smaller $50k jobs. A: Hello, This cellar is 6' wide x 13" long x 8' H and holds approximately 1,200 bottles. If you have any more questions, please just ask. Cheers! Kathleen Valentini **Q: Can you give me a general sense of the dimensions of the wine area?** *(in Photo Questions)* A: Why was this cellar built with single pane "shower glass". This will not keep the cool air inside, will run most of the time and can include condensation. Sadly, it will also nullify any manufacturer's warranty on the cooling equipment. Please consult with experts in this field. **Q: I want it!** *(in Photo Questions)* Who is the designer and manufacturer of the wine suspension system? A: I am the designer and dealer for this Cable System out of Canada. **Q: Can you tell me the brand of the door and type, ie patio, exterior?** *(in Photo Questions)* A: Excellent job! So happy when proper wine cellar doors are used - frameless doors do not work and nullify the climate control system warranty! Keep up the good work! **Q: What is wine shelving, and is wine room temperature controlled?** *(in Photo Questions)* A: If this room has a wine cooling unit, these are not proper doors to hold in the cooled air.
