What is the square footage? Do you sell plans only? If so, what is the cost? Really love this design as it has 2 car garage and the side of the building is so charming!! A: Thanks for your interest and kind compliments! But as a result from past experience, I've determined it's best to not sell designs developed for specific clients to third parties. Would you please share the color/finish, etc. of the shakes? We're wanting to add shaker shingle details to our house, and I'm trying to decide whether to just seal them or to stain them first. This provides a nicely mottled color variation, appropriate for a more casual structure like a carriage house. A stain would have evened out the color. **Q: Is this bead board?
